To claim the Guarantee, please contact us by email:support@Joybarbatea.com. You will need to provide your order number and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product. You may also be asked to submit photos of the product or its packaging, or provide other details to help us process your request. If your Guarantee request is approved, you will be asked to return the product to Joybarba. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
