Free Standard Shipping on All Orders Over $60
At Joybarba, we want your order to arrive safely and smoothly. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Shipping Options
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60.
For orders under $60, a flat standard shipping fee of $6.95 will be applied at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes, discounts, and any additional fees, unless otherwise stated during a promotion.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping usually takes approximately 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Joybarba is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@Joybarbatea.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.
If the tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery area, with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.
Joybarba is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, you may contact us at support@Joybarbatea.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@Joybarbatea.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the information and provide the next steps.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you received the wrong item or your order is missing an item, please contact us at support@Joybarbatea.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the items received so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we may not be able to ship to certain locations, including some P.O. boxes, military addresses, remote areas, or international destinations.
If your address is not eligible for shipping, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our support team.
International Shipping
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Joybarba currently focuses on domestic shipping within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local delivery charges required by their country or region.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@Joybarbatea.com.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
